Regional Clinical Director (BCBA)Location: Omaha, NE Offer Includes:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Base salary of $105,000-$110,000</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">$12,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)</li></ul>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM– so you can enjoy evenings at home! This leadership role blends clinical oversight, operational management, and team development to ensure high-quality ABA services and exceptional caregiver engagement.As an RCD, you’ll guide Clinical Directors and BCBAs, support organizational growth, and maintain operational excellence. We value leaders who empower others, foster collaboration, and maintain clinician well-being, allowing you to focus on both regional outcomes and transformational care for families.Regional Leadership & Oversight<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead and support Clinical Directors across the region, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and consistent care</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Mentor Clinical Directors to strengthen clinical judgment, leadership capabilities, and accountability</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Identify and proactively address clinical and operational risks to maintain strong regional performance</li></ul>Clinical Quality & Compliance<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure high clinical standards through QA systems, audits, and data-driven decision-making</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversee the quality and integrity of assessments, treatment planning, and clinical outcomes</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Uphold ethical, compassionate, and assent-based care aligned with the BACB Code of Ethics</li></ul>Data, Metrics & Continuous Improvement<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor regional performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner with Clinical Directors to implement and sustain data-driven improvements</li></ul>Training & Development<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support onboarding and ongoing training for clinicians and clinical leaders</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner with training teams to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical development across the region</li></ul>Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead and support company-wide clinical initiatives and system improvements</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with Operations, Training, and HR to align clinical and organizational goals</li></ul>External Partnerships<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build and maintain strong relationships with payors to support alignment, partnership, and long-term collaboration</li></ul>Billable Expectation<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain up to 15 billable hours per week, focused on QA, clinical oversight, and leadership (no direct caseload)</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">What You Bring</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Current BCBA certification</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum 5 years of ABA experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple centers or teams</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proven ability in clinical supervision, team leadership, and operational oversight</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and ethical standards</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with caregivers and staff</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a solution-focused approach</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proficiency in clinical software and data management tools preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Spanish-speaking a plus</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">Why Accel Therapies</h3>At Accel Therapies, we know that strong leadership drives exceptional outcomes.
