This role has been refined to target a senior-level, hands-on Oracle resource capable of contributing immediately across implementation and post-go-live environments.This is not a traditional BA role—we are prioritizing candidates with deep system expertise, strong Oracle Payroll knowledge, and the ability to operate across both functional and technical domains.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and post-go-live (hypercare) activitiesPerform hands-on system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionPartner across business and technical teams to deliver enhancements and system improvementsAnalyze and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environmentContribute to data loads, reporting, and system optimization effortsProvide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) within Oracle HCMRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Oracle HCM-related rolesProven experience supporting Oracle HCM implementationsStrong expertise in:Oracle Payroll (required)Core HROTBI ReportingHDL / HSDL data loadsDemonstrated experience with:Configuration and troubleshootingPost-go-live / hypercare support environmentsSystem enhancements and production supportAbility to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-upPreferred QualificationsExperience working in consulting or managed services environmentsStrong ability to operate across functional and technical workstreamsExperience supporting complex, fast-paced enterprise environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForA senior-level Oracle SME—not a junior or documentation-focused BAHands-on experience vs. purely functional or requirements-gathering backgroundCandidates with recent Oracle Payroll implementation experienceStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and deliveryAdditional DetailsWork Model: Hybrid preferred; remote candidates considered if highly qualified (especially with strong HCM reporting experience)Extension/Conversion: PossiblePriority: High—accelerated timelineImportant NoteCandidates must meet the technical requirements above to be considered.
