Title: Nurses, Licensed Practical and Licensed Vocational Location: Rochester, NY(Onsite) Duration: Upto 2 Years Healthcare Facility Name:Rochester Psychiatric Center (RPC) Job Description Vary: overnights/Evenings/days Duration - Upto 2 years Candidates will be required to provide general nursing care in a behavioral health setting. Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Provide direct patient care and oversight of care provided. • Medication administration. • Patient care (assisting with patient hygiene). • Documentation of patient care, issues, admissions, assessments, screenings, progress notes, medications. • Oversight of patient care and patient care assignments. • Day shift to attend all treatment team meetings and acuity meetings. • Patient care (assisting with patient hygiene) • Milieu management, conducting safety rounds • Providing 1:1 observation as needed Candidates must abide by the facility time and attendance guidelines including time off procedures. Invoices should be submitted monthly by the vendor. The Contractor will need to complete Rochester PC's Contracted Personnel Requirements prior to commencing work. The selected vendor must agree to a Business Associate Agreement prior to the award. Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have: • License and current registration to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in NYS. • Current CPR card. • At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
