This internship offers a unique opportunity to partner across business functions, apply practical AI use cases, and drive real productivity impact across the organization.Position SummaryJoin our IT team as a Summer Intern based in St. Louis, MO, working in a flexible hybrid environment. This role will focus on developing a "Copilot Use-Case Catalog" across key business functions, helping translate AI capabilities into practical, high-value applications aligned with company policies and acceptable-use standards.The intern will collaborate closely with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to identify, prioritize, and document role-specific use cases that enhance productivity, decision-making, and day-to-day work efficiency. This role will report to Lindsay Miller, Manager, Integrations, with cross-functional exposure to business stakeholders.Core Project: Copilot Use-Case Catalog by Role & Business UnitThe intern will lead the development of a structured and prioritized library of Copilot use cases tailored to specific roles and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with functional leaders (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Commercial) to identify high-impact opportunities for Copilot useTranslate business needs into practical, role-based AI use casesDevelop clear, structured documentation of use cases by function and roleCreate prompt engineering examples, including "good / better / best" scenarios to guide effective usageEstablish "Do/Don't" guardrails aligned with company policies, data privacy, and acceptable-use standardsGather feedback from pilot users and refine use cases based on real-world applicationSupport enablement efforts by contributing materials to training and adoption resourcesKey DeliverablesUse-Case Library: 1-2 pages per role outlining high-value scenarios and practical applicationsPrompt Guide: "Good / Better / Best" prompt examples for each use caseGuardrails Cheat Sheet: Clear, user-friendly guidelines on appropriate and effective Copilot usageSuccess MeasuresAdoption rate of defined use cases across functionsIntegration of use cases into training and enablement materialsPilot user feedback and satisfaction scoresMeasurable reduction in "blank page" challenges when starting tasksPreferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and their application in business settingsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical or process solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate across functionsCuriosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approachesAn Opportunity to GrowThis internship is designed to sit at the intersection of technology and business, offering hands-on experience in one of the fastest-evolving areas of the workplace.
