Our client is looking for a polished, relationship-driven professional to help grow the business across several key channels, including corporate gifting, bridal registry, and luxury home décor. Reporting directly to the founders, this individual contributor will serve as an important ambassador for the brand, cultivating meaningful relationships and delivering an elevated level of service to interior designers, corporate clients, and private customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth across corporate gifting, bridal registry, and luxury home décorIdentify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, interior designers, eventprofessionals, and discerning individual customersBuild and manage lasting client relationships with a strong focus on service, trust, and repeatbusinessExpand the corporate gifting business through strategic outreach, customized proposals, andthoughtful client developmentGrow bridal registry through relationship building with engaged couples, wedding planners, andreferral partnersPartner closely with interior designers and private clients on home décor, gifting, and styling-related needsProvide a highly tailored, high-touch client experience, offering curated recommendations andsolutions based on each client’s aesthetic, lifestyle, and occasionRepresent the AnnSandra brand with polish, taste, and professionalism across every clientinteractionCollaborate closely with the founders and internal team to ensure seamless execution, fromproduct selection through delivery and follow-upProactively identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand revenue acrossexisting and emerging channelsQualifications5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, business development, clienteling, or relationshipmanagementProven success growing business within home décor, gifting, bridal, interiors, luxury retail, or arelated categoryStrong ability to cultivate and convert high-value relationships into long-term business opportunitiesExperience working with interior designers, corporate clients, private clientele, or bridalcustomers is highly preferredExceptional communication skills and a polished, service-oriented presenceStrong aesthetic sensibility and an authentic passion for luxury product, interiors, entertaining,and client experienceEntrepreneurial, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to balance strategic outreachand day-to-day client managementA natural connector with strong follow-through and a deep understanding of elevated service
