ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Front of House leadership team, with the opportunity for exposure to EFHG concepts as skills, interest, and business needs align.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands FOH operations, enjoys being on the floor, and brings working knowledge of beverages and service. The role is fast-paced, people-centered, and operationally demanding—balanced by meaningful growth opportunities within a diverse hospitality group.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and oversee daily Front of House operations and service execution, stepping into FOH roles as needed to uphold service standards
Build and support weekly schedules, manage labor effectively, and ensure consistent completion of daily operational tasks
Hire, onboard, train, and coach FOH team members while providing ongoing feedback, accountability, and recognition
Foster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team culture by leading with professionalism, urgency, and hospitality
Support beverage service standards, including inventory, ordering, and staff training, while collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and consistency
Maintain professional communication with guests, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain open, professional communication with ownership and leadership teams to support alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making
Contribute to evolving systems, training materials, and best practices, with opportunities for exposure to other EFHG brands as needs and experience align

A confident FOH leader with strong service instincts
Interested in concept-driven hospitality and learning across cuisines
Organized, communicative, and accountable
Comfortable balancing floor leadership with administrative duties

Curious about beverages, service standards, and guest experience
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of Front of House experience in a full-service restaurant
At least 1 year of bartending experience required
1–2 years in a supervisory or management role preferred
Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
Strong guest service and communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and dining holidays
Desire to grow within a hospitality group

Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
