The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and developing customized policy solutions. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, managing renewals, updating client accounts, and communicating with insurance carriers. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless client experience.QualificationsClient relationship management and the ability to provide excellent customer serviceProficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationBasic knowledge of insurance policies and willingness to learn industry practicesAttention to detail, organizational abilities, and skills in managing client accountsExperience in using CRM tools or similar platforms is a plusAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalismHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage
