FT Assistant Manager
```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations and customer service. If you have a passion for retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage a team, we would love to hear from you.
```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Skills```
- Previous experience in retail sales or as an assistant manager is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Sales management experience, including the ability to negotiate prices and drive sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of store management practices, including inventory control and merchandising
