Construction Superintendent

Eidson & Associates, Inc. in Cullman, AL is seeking applicants for a Superintendent for work area typically within an one hour radius of Cullman and surrounding areas. CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing overall jobsite from the ground up. Constant monitoring of safety and quality control. Manage all subcontractor trades and vendors. Appropriate communication with owner's representative, architect, and project manager. Extensive knowledge of all construction documents. REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experience as a Field Superintendent. Handling projects minimum in size of 10 million. Project types in municipal, medical, institutional, education, and industrial Possess good experience in scheduling as well as all areas of overall jobsite.
