The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the Club's buildings and common areas. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the Club's facilities while supporting daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas, including:
Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
Sweeping walkways and entry areas
Picking up litter
Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including:
Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and light cleaning
Arranging furniture as needed
Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.
Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.
Minimum QualificationsAssociate's degree or a minimum of two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
