You’ll drive clinical quality, inspire your team, and help shape the center’s growth.Role Overview:Leadership & GrowthLead the overall performance and growth of the center. Build relationships with schools, physicians, community organizations, and referral sources. Support outreach initiatives to increase center visibility and client enrollment. Team LeadershipSupervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff. Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture. Ensure staff are trained and performing to company standards. Clinical & Program OversightOversee treatment planning, service delivery, and clinical quality. Ensure services are evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with company standards. Monitor client progress and program effectiveness. Case ManagementOversee client onboarding, authorizations, treatment plan updates, and continuity of care. Monitor attendance, service utilization, and client satisfaction. Address client and family concerns and ensure timely resolution. Operations & SchedulingOversee daily center operations and service delivery. Manage client and staff schedules to maximize utilization and coverage. Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges. Monitor center capacity, productivity, and staffing needs. Quality & PerformanceTrack clinical, operational, and growth metrics. Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, efficiency, and client experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communication & CollaborationPartner with families to support client success. Collaborate with clinical, operations, intake, and administrative teams. Provide regular updates to leadership on center performance and needs. What Sets You ApartABA clinical experience. Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or center-based environment. Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, program design, and outcome evaluation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
