This role focuses on selling in-ground pool construction and pool remodel projects. If you are driven, great with people, and enjoy high earning potential, this is a great opportunity.ResponsibilitiesFind & meet with homeowners interested in building or remodeling poolsProvide estimates and explain pool design optionsFollow up with leads and close salesBuild relationships and generate referralsCompensation$3,000 commission per new in-ground pool construction soldRemodel commissions vary depending on the project priceHigh earning potential for motivated salespeople$20,000 BONUS after 10 new in-ground pool construction successfully sold within a 6 Month period or $10,000 if sold within a year period.No Base Pay.
