Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Locations: Anne Arundel County & Eastern Shore (positions available based on need) Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Day, Evening, Overnight & Weekend shifts available Pay: $37/hour Transportation: Possible access to an agency vehicle (program-dependent) About the Role You'll be supporting people with disabilities in living lives they choose. What You'll Do Provide skilled, home-based nursing care aligned with individualized nursing plans Deliver care using a person-centered approach that promotes dignity, independence, and inclusion Build strong, trusting relationships with the individual supported and their family Support self-esteem and confidence through positive, respectful communication Accurately document nursing care, observations, and outcomes per program requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed to ensure continuity of care Experience We're Looking For Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland Minimum 1 year of nursing experience supporting individuals with disabilities Valid driver's license issued in your state of residence Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first mindset Ability to work independently while following care plans and documentation standards If you want your nursing work to feel human again-and not like a race against the clock-this might be your spot.
