Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job DescriptionThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients and families in a clinic setting, as well as in-home and community settings as needed.This leadership role requires the ability to manage a team of therapists, supervise a caseload, and effectively run a variety of ABA programs in clinic and community settings.Duties And Responsibilities:Conduct skills assessments and behavioral assessmentsProvide supervision to all therapists, including those seeking BCBA certification, and Lead TherapistsStay up-to-date on current research and best practices in ABADocument all procedures and programmingDevelop and implement skills acquisition and social skills programsDevelop and implement behavior intervention plansConduct intake interviews and create recommendations for comprehensive servicesConsult and provide training for parents, teachers, and community membersCollaborate with all other team members of the child's educational environmentStaff, train, coach, and facilitate treatment teamsPresent at staff training and educational eventsParticipate in marketing events and community outreachMonitor clients' overall programming needsMeet a minimum billable hour quota of 25 hours per weekRequired Skills:Personable and effective communication with all stakeholdersKnowledgeable in the field of ABA and all ABA techniquesHighly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to take initiative and complete projects in a timely mannerExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsRequired Credentials:Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility to take the exam within 90 days2+ years of applied experience working with special needs children, including individuals with Autism Spectrum DisordersBenefits:Full-time salaried position with a competitive salary30 days of paid time offMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefitsContinuing education credits and professional development opportunitiesFlexible schedule and family-oriented work/life balanceJob Type:Full-timePay:$73, $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) retirement planContinuing education creditsDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insuranceMileage reimbursementParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Master's Degree (Required)License/Certification:BCBA Certification (Required)
