What We’re Looking For:The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of accounting experience with at least 2+ years of corporate consolidations experience. A four-year accounting degree is required. Someone who can manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines and operate effectively in a fast-paced close environment. IFRS experience is a plus, and manufacturing experience is also preferred. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, resilience, communication skills, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with accurate execution. Advanced Microsoft Office and accounting software experience is preferred. What You’ll Be Doing:Lead monthly global consolidations including intercompany eliminations, equity reconciliations, foreign currency translation, and validation of results under IFRS. Own intercompany and note-to-parent reconciliations while ensuring timely and accurate consolidated reporting to leadership and the parent company. Prepare cash flow statements in accordance with IAS 7 and maintain currencies in ERP systems with related currency analysis. Handle corporate accounting responsibilities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-over-month / actual-to-budget or forecast analysis. Support budget and forecast processes as part of the broader accounting function. Own fixed asset and lease accounting, including reporting activity and preparing executive-level Capex summaries for leadership. Partner with global leaders on financial analysis, planning activities, strategic initiatives, and process improvement projects. Provide analysis and reporting support for audit and tax functions, including annual audit book preparation and government reporting requirements.
