Job Description QA - Quality Inspector (FGE Position)Position is located in East Liberty Honda and Topre Springfield, OHThis position includes Mileage stipend and a Daily food per diem $$SummaryUnderstand reaction plan on non-conformance; performance production process audits according to check sheet; capable to: perform verification and sign off for change point notice; understand and explain sort/rework activity; understand important quality documents, control plan, inspection standards, quality procedures, logs, etc.; understand stamping parts, sub-assemblies; as well as, components and identify defective conditions. Reports and communicates issues daily to Topre plant. QualificationsPrevious Quality experience (preferred), solid communication skills, knowledge of; or ability to easily learn Topre AmericaPolicies / Procedures. Understanding of sort and “complete containment”; meet Topre America attendance and point requirements.Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret English documents such as training, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to read Scale, Taper Gauge, Calipers (digital and manual), Micrometers (digital and manual), Height Gauge and other measurement devices.Ability to commute daily to Honda East Liberty Plant.
