Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources GeneralistWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role involves various HR responsibilities, including but not limited to termination processing, leave and accommodation processing, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process terminations using Trello and handle termination notifications. Conduct exit surveys, analyze results, and summarize exit interviews. Manage termination processes in UKG. Administer leave and accommodation paperwork and troubleshoot related issues. Respond to basic benefit questions, including plan and PTO inquiries. Research and audit discrepancies in the benefits hub. Manage UKG tickets and handle performance management communication cycles. Assist with engagement communication cycles and Wellness/Benefits posts. Upload Vitality Points and conduct ad hoc reporting, employee updates, and auditing. Essential Skills Experience and knowledge of state and federal leave laws. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a specialist or generalist role. Understanding of employee health and wellness benefits. Ability to work with minimal oversight. Commitment to quality work and creating a positive employee experience. Detail-oriented with the ability to operate under pressure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting benefits administration with an HRIS. Payroll experience. Experience in UKG or Workday Experience in construction, manufacturing, production, or similar industries. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
