Daily Duties / Responsibilities Vulnerability Scanning and Coordinatine Remediation with responsible team. Deploy and manage EDR Review Firewall requests Research and Assess newly released vulnerabilities. Assist with incident response and investigation Assist with GRC Assessment Create alerts in siem based off data from various security tools Required Skills Ability to communicate vulnerability information to non-security personnel Working knowledge of web applications Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL Strong understanding of networking ( Nmap tool, Wireshark, and vulnerability scanning ) Preferred Skills Experience performing searching in SIEM Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls Experience with NIST 800-53 Preferred Certification SECURITY + Required Education High School J-18808-Ljbffr
