This role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive environment. Duties Providing direct and individualized patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Documenting patient care activities accurately. Monitoring and communicating patient condition to the care team. Assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing necessary support. Collaborating across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care. Evaluating patient and family learning needs and providing appropriate education. Advocating for patient well-being, both physically and emotionally.
