Customer Service Representative - Aquafil
OVERALL GOALS •Provide exceptional customer service. •Maintain professionalism while handling customer service duties. •Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all procedures and systems involved with customer service. •Maintain people and business skills to work as a team to build solid working relationships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES •Correspond with customers, sales, production, quality and other necessary departments to obtain orders, answer questions and resolve issues. •Process orders from entry to shipment •Answer inquiries from both internal and external parties. •Maintain sales and customer service reports and files. •Assist Sales Team as necessary. •Assist in other duties and projects as assigned. •Take functional guidance from the Sales Coordinator.
