Job Description Job Title: IT Support Engineer/L3 HelpdeskLocation: Scottsdale, AZJSG is seeking an IT Support Engineer - Scottsdale, Arizona to join our client's Managed IT Security Services team. In this role, you will provide technical support to internal teams and clients, troubleshoot IT and network issues, and help maintain secure and reliable systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage help desk tickets and provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systemTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and server issuesSupport client environments including workstations, servers, backups, virtualization, and networkingAssist with VMware/Linux systems, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and internal infrastructurePerform routine system maintenance, updates, and health checksMaintain documentation and support security best practicesParticipate in an on-call rotation for system alertsQualifications3–5 years of IT support or help desk experienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Windows, Linux, networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platformsStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple support tickets and meet SLAsBenefitsEligible for bonusesMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off + HolidaysTraining and certification opportunitiesLocation: Scottsdale, AZ (with local travel)Salary: $68K + bonusesCompany DescriptionJohnson Service Group, Inc.
