Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will provide support for test and manufacturing departments, evaluate best practices as well as repair and maintain test equipment. This role includes evaluation of downtime, processes, and recommend solutions for the most effective use of equipment, information, material, employees, and other assets. May be assigned to special tasks and/or projects as needed by the Manufacturing Manager. Key Responsibilities: Submit Proposals (Tasks and Projects for Evaluation, Application and Approval) Analyze Production and Non-Production Operations (Implement Suggestions for Improvements) Champion LEAN Projects (Various Departments and Lead the Implementation) Learn, Fix, and Support Test and Burn-in Equipment Able to generate communications, procedures, and reports in writing, in a clear and concise manner Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Process or Test Experience: 3 years of related work experience in a Manufacturing environment Must be familiar with Manufacturing Test Processes Must be familiar with Manufacturing Equipment (Temperature Monitoring, PLC Devices, Data Acquisition) Preferred Qualifications: Basic Knowledge of Programming Familiar with CAD, SolidWorks, and Schematic Drawing Software (Test Boards and Fixtures) Schedule: Full-time / Monday - Friday Salary: $60K - $90K Annual / Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule (Direct Deposit) Solid State Devices, Inc. proudly offers Regular Full-time Employees a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance/AD&D, Voluntary Term Life Insurance/AD&D, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay and 401(k) Retirement Plan (company match).
