Our Owner Relations team plays a vital role in ensuring our owners feel supported, informed, and confident that their property is in excellent hands.We're looking for driven, detail-oriented team members who take ownership, communicate with clarity, and care deeply about delivering an exceptional experience for both our owners and our guests.The OpportunityWe're hiring an Owner Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vacation rental property owners. This isn't a passive account management role. It's hands-on, relationship-driven work where you'll treat each property as if it were your own.You'll build trust with owners, monitor property performance, coordinate cross-functionally with operations, guest experience, and maintenance, and proactively solve problems before they escalate. If you're the kind of person who follows up before being asked and takes pride in making people feel taken care of, this role is for you.What You'll OwnEstablish and nurture strong partnerships with property owners, treating each property as if it were your ownServe as the main point of contact for owners, responding promptly and professionally to their needs and concernsPromote the value of Haven's services, coaching owners to set realistic expectations and ensuring their satisfactionMonitor property performance, maintain low churn rates, analyze guest feedback, and drive continuous improvementCoordinate with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well cared for and owner projects are executed smoothlyOversee owner statements, expenses, and listing accuracy, ensuring transparency and attention to detailPrepare for and support owner stays, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experienceTake ownership of a specific focus area (such as technology, maintenance, or listing optimization) to support team successProactively communicate performance insights and foster long-term relationships through regular updates and meetingsWhat We're Looking For2 to 5 years of experience in the short-term rental industry, owner relations, or property managementProven track record in hospitality, real estate, or account managementExcellent communicator; clear, professional, and confident in both written and verbal interactionsStrong problem-solving and organizational skills; you can juggle multiple owner relationships without dropping the ballCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to balance owner needs and company goalsHigh level of interest in building and working with AI solutionsTech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems; experience with STR-related software (Guesty, Breezeway, etc.) is a plus
