Senior Marketing Manager, ABM Campaigns

Job DescriptionGoFormz is a San Diego-based company leading the mobile data capture industry. We empower businesses to replace paper forms with web and mobile-based digital forms that provide global access to the collected data. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager, ABM Campaigns to drive our account-based marketing strategy targeting construction and energy sector clients. This role executes ABM programs end-to-end, from account segmentation through campaign reporting.The Details:Maintain target account lists and coordinate multi-touch ABM campaigns across paid, email, and content channelsManage Metadata platform daily operations including audience setup and budget optimizationBuild Marketo programs, nurture flows, and ensure proper lead routingDevelop pre- and post-event outreach sequencesProduce weekly performance reports tracking MQL volume, engagement rates, and pipeline contributionLeverage AI tools for copy variations and personalization at scaleThe Requirements:5+ years B2B demand generation or campaign management experienceHands-on ABM program building experience (not just support roles)Proficiency with Metadata platform in B2B SaaS environmentsMarketo working knowledge for independent program managementPaid LinkedIn campaign management with measurable pipeline outcomesData analysis and report building capabilitiesFamiliarity with Salesforce, GA4, and AmplemarketBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldCompensation: $108,000-$145,000 annuallyWhat's it like to work at GoFormz?We pay well - at or above market.
