Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for outpatient Addiction Medicine in Espanola, NM, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments.Provide assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with substance use disorders, including prescribing MAT medications.Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients on recovery and lifestyle changes.Administer intramuscular injections and ensure compliance with regulations.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement efforts.Qualifications include a master's or doctoral degree, active NM licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience, with some in addiction medicine preferred.
