He/she will maintain a quality of customer service satisfactory to our management on an ongoing basis.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPick up materials and products as scheduledDeliver clean totes/consoles to customers and place in their correct locations as scheduledMaintain security of customer’s information at all timesLoad and unload trucks dailyReturn completed records to the office dailyProvide excellent customer service Know and follow all safety precautions and legal requirements in driving and maintaining agency vehicles as well as equipmentResponsible for the safety and welfare of all passengers in the agency vehiclePerform regular safety and maintenance checksEnsure that regularly scheduled maintenance requirements are adhered to and the reporting of extraordinary repairs as neededRun and maintain equipment as assignedPick up materials and oversee processing of document destructionPerform shredding duties when necessary; including forklift driving and baling paperAll other duties as assigned by the manager or directorPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
