Senior Associate Attorney

Our litigation group is one of the firm's core strengths, and we are looking to add an associate who is ready to do real work.What the role looks likeComplex commercial litigation across state and federal courts. You will work on contract disputes, business torts, corporate and shareholder conflicts, and securities-related matters. Associates here get substantive responsibility early. You are not going to spend years on document review before you see the inside of a courtroom or get your name on a brief that matters.What we are looking for3 to 5 years of business and commercial litigation experience at a peer-level firmA background that includes corporate, commercial, or securities workStrong writing.
