Required Skills: Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active DEA license; licensed to practice in Florida (considering candidates with IMLC Compact licensure) Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Ability to deliver patient-centered care emphasizing shared decision-making and holistic approaches Nice to Have Skills: Experience with gynecological surgery and obstetrical procedures Familiarity with integrated tech platforms to enhance patient engagement Prior use of electronic health records (EHR) systems Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology At least one year of clinical practice in a similar setting Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in 24-hour in-house call shifts, with flexibility for stringed call schedules Ability to work effectively within a comprehensive care team including Certified Nurse Midwives, social workers, lactation consultants, and educators Travel reimbursement applicable for travel-related expenses when applicable This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $3,705.00, with a weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, along with extensive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
