Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Assistant based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Healthcare Assistant will provide essential support to healthcare professionals by assisting with patient care, ensuring patients' comfort and safety, and adhering to established health and safety protocols. Daily responsibilities include supporting basic medical tasks, helping with mobility and manual handling, and interacting with patients and colleagues with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications Experience or training in Patient Care and a strong understanding of Medicine and general healthcare practicesProficiency in Manual Handling procedures and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standardsExcellent Interpersonal Skills for compassionate communication and collaboration with patients and staffAbility to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to various care environmentsRelevant certifications in healthcare assistance or a related field are a plusA strong commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting individual needs
