Storm Restoration Sales Consultant

OverviewBest Choice Roofing is seeking Storm Restoration Sales Consultants to support the growing demand for residential roofing services following severe weather events. We are committed to investing in our people by providing the training, tools, and support needed to succeed.At Best Choice Roofing, we believe in building lasting relationships with our customers and our team members while continuing to grow and deliver outstanding results.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and inspect residential properties for potential storm-related roof damageConduct professional damage assessments and clearly present findings to homeownersEducate homeowners on the restoration process, timelines, and available funding optionsNegotiate and secure service agreements for roofing and restoration servicesCoordinate with insurance adjusters to support homeowners throughout the claims processMaintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and meet established sales performance goalsQualifications1-2 years of previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is preferred Experience in lead generation, canvassing, or similar customer outreach activitiesValid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportationStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetComfortable working independently in a field-based environmentAbility to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided)Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbsCompensation & GrowthPaid training + uncapped incentive-based earnings after trainingTypical first-year earnings: $63K–$120KFast promotion track (95% of leaders promoted internally)Flexible schedule + team-driven cultureCompany enhanced benefits package, including access to Medical, Life, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage as well as 401k for retirement.This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales opportunity for individuals who want to operate at a higher level, maximize their earnings, and grow within one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in the United States.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and comply with all applicable federal and state regulations.
