Our aim is to make it simple for every company to delight their users - external and internal - and create new revenue streams from their data, by building the world's most comprehensive and accessible cloud analytics system.About the Role:In this role, Leading a team of A+ engineers who are passionate about building highly scalable distributed systems, and contributing to the open-source Apache Pinot software in addition to the following areas:Building real-time database/data system internalsQuery engine optimization, compilation, and executionData ingestion, storage, modeling, and indexing servicesBuilding scalable, low latency, distributed systemsCreating automation and abstraction self-service toolingWhat we're looking for:8+ years of experience in building / operating distributed systems engineering, 5+ as TLMStrong expertise in distributed systems, OLTP and/or OLAP Databases, real-time analytics, or streaming systems.Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership and execution management.About StarTree:StarTree is a cloud-based software company that enables business customers to derive advanced insights from real-time and historical data.
