Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service

Rotech Healthcare Inc. - - Responsibilities: Deliver, set up and maintain equipment at the delivery address using company/personal vehicle; Educate the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items; Provide customer service over the phone and in-person to patients and referral sources; Prepare tickets for daily routes and complete related paperwork; Travel via company/personal vehicle to patient homes for set-ups and reoccurring delivery
