Lead Full Stack Developer (.Net/Angular)

Location: Hybrid Princeton, NJ (3 days/week on site) Position Description In this role, you'll build modern, production‑scale applications end‑to‑end using a current .NET and Angular stack, with real ownership, cloud exposure, and strong architectural collaboration. Build and support enterprise web applications across frontend and back‑end layers Develop features end‑to‑end using .NET, REST APIs, Angular, and SQL Server Collaborate in an Agile team with product, QA, and architecture on design and delivery Create scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions in cloud environments Unit testing Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and JIRA‑based tracking Required Skills Healthcare Payer or Behavioral Health industry experience is required 10+ years professional experience building full‑stack web applications Hands‑on backend development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (or equivalent) Cloud‑based application development (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) Frontend development using Angular a must with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS RESTful API development and integration Familiarity with Jenkins and DevOps - to closely work with the DevOps teams Strong SQL Server experience (schema design, stored procedures, tuning) Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery Experience Unit Testing Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration skills Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
