These tasks listed below provide a basic guide of your daily duties. Our Security Specialists are the heart of our operation, and they are critically important to ensure its smooth operation. As such, they are required to be highly dependable, and pay close attention to detail. This position will require the capability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and multi-task. Essential Duties/Tasks: Arrive for duty on time and in full uniform. Familiarize yourself with the post orders and any hand down notes related the site and post. Provide Tier-1 customer service when interacting with members of the public. Receive and document customer questions or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate TRIDENT representative Ensure all issues and complaints are fully documented and properly escalated to TRIDENT and the Client as appropriate Patrol premises regularly (once per 60 minutes) to maintain order and establish presence. Report any security issues and or violations. Monitor the closed-circuit television (CCTV) when not actively patrolling. Check all exits, doors and windows during each patrol to make sure they are secure. You are required to work inside and outside, regardless of weather conditions You are required to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time Reporting Structure The Security Specialist reports to the Field Quality & Compliance Supervisor.
