Lead Epoxy Floor Installer Elevation Surface Solutions LLC Location: Spanish Fork, UT (Serving Utah County and surrounding areas) Pay: $23.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Join a Growing Company Elevation Surface Solutions is a fast-growing concrete coating company specializing in premium epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative concrete floor coating systems for residential and light commercial customers throughout Utah. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Lead Installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to build a long-term career. Responsibilities As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish while ensuring every customer receives a professional, high-quality installation. Your responsibilities include: Lead residential and light commercial floor coating installations. Operate professional concrete grinders, hand grinders, and industrial dust collection equipment. Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, repairing cracks, filling joints, and repairing damaged concrete. Mix and apply epoxy primers, polyaspartic coatings, decorative vinyl flakes, and protective clear topcoats. Install floor coating systems according to company quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Load, unload, organize, and maintain company trailers, vehicles, and equipment. Train and mentor other installers while promoting safe work practices. Communicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after each project. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 2 years of construction or skilled labor experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic Positive attitude Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and lead others Willingness to learn new products and installation techniques Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required: Epoxy floor coatings Polyaspartic floor systems Concrete grinding Concrete finishing Decorative concrete Flooring installation Painting Restoration Surface preparation General construction Experience with epoxy flooring is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and strong work ethic.
