Role DescriptionSimply Medical Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner for a part-time or pay per visit role based in Corsicana, TX. This role includes providing comprehensive primary care services with an emphasis on geriatric and chronic care management, managing patient health assessments, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and promoting patient education and preventative care. The practitioner will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, with the flexibility to perform tasks remotely while maintaining a presence for in-person patient consultations in the patient's home.QualificationsNovice to experienced Nurse Practitioner, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment to manage a wide range of patient needs effectively.Solid understanding of clinical medicine and patient care for diverse populations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team in a clinical environment.Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas and relevant certifications.Experience, or ability to learn quickly, with electronic medical records (EMR) systems documentation.A commitment to patient-centered care and community health improvement.
