If so, we cannot wait to meet you.About The PositionSupporting the onboarding process for all new hires, which can include completing new hire paperwork/clearances, and collecting pre-employment documentation.Support employment and wage verifications.Conduct farewell interviews and document feedbackMaintain accurate and compliant associate files.Monitor, triage, and respond to Talent Resources tickets in the Talent Resources ticket systemPerform administrative tasks to support department and organizational needsCollaborate with Talent Recources team members and Centers of Excellence on projects and processMaintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive associate dataSupport continuous process improvement effortsOngoing aspiration to advance in the Talent Resources field through research and extracurricular opportunities.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred0-3+ years of relevant Human Resources, administrative or transferable experience desiredProficiency with computer skills and Microsoft SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAbility to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.Interest and motivation toward obtaining a SHRM-CP, PHR or similar Human Resources certification preferred Senior LevelAbout UsYou are uncommon.
