AI/ML Software Engineer / Senior software engineer/ Tech lead

This is an opportunity to help build a foundational AI platform and redefine what production AI systems can achieve.What you will be doingDesign, develop, test, and maintain production-class AI and software systems using Python, PyTorch, C++, Rust, Java, or similar languages.Build clean, modular, and reviewable software while prioritizing performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.Debug complex software infrastructure across cloud environments, distributed systems, asynchronous processes, and real-time workloads.Collaborate with machine learning researchers, software engineers, product teams, and domain experts.Convert experimental machine learning algorithms into production-ready, testable software modules.What we need to seeBachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.Demonstrated experience in architecting scalable and efficient software solutions, prioritizing performance, reliability, and maintainability.Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in production-class software design and development using Python, Java, or C++.Proficient in debugging complex software infrastructure, including real-time threads and cloud-based systems.
