Tenant Relations Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tenant Relations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination with tenants, property management, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has experience in property management, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain accurate records in Appfolio property management database. - Coordinate and facilitate communication between tenants, property management, and other stakeholders. - Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing issues promptly and fairly. - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. - Negotiate with tenants and vendors as necessary. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of property details and up-to-date information. - Assist with lease renewals, extensions, and terminations. - Perform administrative tasks such as preparing documents and reports. - Participate in on-site visits to inspect properties and address concerns. - Collaborate with the property management team to resolve issues and improve processes. - Utilize Appfolio management software to manage tenant data and track activity. - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Prior experience in property management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and laws. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in an office environment and perform administrative tasks. - Proficiency with Appfolio - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with property management software and tools. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
