Category Manager - Retail and Industry Solutions, North AmericaDrive the growth and competitiveness of HP's RIS portfolio across North America, leading category execution through roadmap alignment, demand planning, and GTM coordination across sales, planning, and GBU teams.Support key customer opportunities end-to-end, ensuring the right solutions are positioned and delivered at the right time to accelerate market adoption and protect revenue.Serve as Worldwide lead for the RIS All-In-One roadmap and new product introductions, accountable for platform strategy, engineering requirement definition, lifecycle management, and cross-functional alignment to bring next-generation RIS AIO platforms to market.Resolve operational escalations and navigate supply, lifecycle, or configuration challenges to ensure business continuity and maintain portfolio health across the region.Influence global product decisions by representing North America market needs and customer feedback into long-term architecture and planning.Education & Experience Recommended: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
