Then you're in the right place!Your ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management: Build and develop long-term, trust-based relationships with global clients (shipowners, designers, shipyards, and EPCs) with a focus on Central Europe and Asia.Project & Sales Management: Own the development and closure of large projects – from early project phases.Technical & Strategic Consulting: Influence design and decision-making processes through expert advice on efficient and sustainable solutions.Market & Business Development: Identify market opportunities, particularly in international projects, including strong knowledge of the Asian market.International Network: Collaborate closely with global teams and actively maintain and expand your personal network in the marine industry.Your Profile5–10 years of experience in the marine or lighting/illumination sectorProven experience in key account management or project sales with international clientsExperience or strong understanding of the Asian marketExcellent networking skills – a "door-opener" and relationship builderEntrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and hunger for successStructured, independent, and goal-oriented working styleExcellent English skills (additional languages a plus)Willingness to travel internationallyWhy Glamox?
