Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are looking for candidates to fill our full time customer service representative position. This position works out of our Kent office (19215 66thAve S, Kent, WA 98032) weekends are required. Weekday shifts are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and weekend shifts are from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
You will be entering orders and solving issues for our current wholesale customers.

CSR Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via phone calls and e-mails to provide support and information on products.
Collects orders via phone and e-mail and enters them into our database program.
Fields customer’s questions and complaints and resolves any issues.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
Maintains records of customer orders and complaints.
Owns customer issues from start to finish.
Works with our production team to ensure accuracy of bakery production numbers, and manually adds and removes product as necessary.
Follows food safety regulations at all times.
Accurately processes high volumes of orders.
Processes daily invoices and credit memos.
Must learn our catalog of products in order to answer customer questions.
Adapts and problem solves for ongoing changes, every day is a little different.
CSR Job Requirements:
Passion for delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
Provides a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with customers.
Ability to problem solve independently and with a creative approach to finding solutions.
Works well in a small team environment.
Is exceptionally reliable.
Ability to think quickly and multitask.
Highly organized person with extreme attention for detail.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Has a current WA state food handlers permit or ability to get one.
Has strong computer skills (outlook, word, excel).
Is extremely flexible and adaptable to different situations. Every day is different at the bakery, and we are always facing new challenges!
Has reliable transportation to work.
Enjoys problem solving and owning tasks from beginning to end.
Compensation:
Starting Pay: $21.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Wage Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
Benefits:

Paid time off begins to accrue upon hire and is available for use after 90 days.
