Field Technician

A Field Technician reviews several properties by performing detailed photographic reports on rental homes for property managers. This would be a great job for those who need supplemental pay. You will give your availability 30 to 60 days in advance to create a working schedule that fits your life obligations. ***This is for the Spring, TX area***** Job Duties: Thoroughly reviewing single-family residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues Documenting damages through photos and comments Providing excellent customer service Maintaining confidentiality Physical work: carrying a ladder, changing smoke alarms, and air filters, replacing door stops, etc. We are looking for individuals who have: High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License & Listed on the insurance Must be dependable, pay attention to details, and customer-friendly Will be using your own vehicle - Must have reliable transportation (with vehicle insurance/ i.e. using your own vehicle) - must be willing Willing to drive a minimum of 30 miles out from your zip code Able to fit a 4 ft. ladder into your trunk/backseat Use a ladder and basic hand tools Experience with using the latest technology (such as an iPad or iPhone) Comfortable with field work/ and working in all types of weather and environments WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON
