Location: Madelia, MNSalary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $90,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescriptionA long‑established USDA‑regulated food manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR & Safety Manager to support a high‑volume, 450+ employee production facility in Madelia, Minnesota. This is a critical leadership role responsible for strengthening a people‑first culture, elevating safety performance, and ensuring full compliance across a complex manufacturing environment.You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, oversee HR and safety operations, and directly lead a small but impactful HR/Safety team.
