Your journey starts here!POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a diligent, professional and highly experienced Billing Manager to oversee our billing operations across our athletic club locations. The billing manager's primary responsibility will be optimizing our billing process and ensuring all transactions are managed in a timely and accurate manner.The Billing Manager will be located at one of our Houston area athletic club locations.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:Annually, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.PTO.Full benefits package.401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.Complimentary club membership.Discounts on club products and services.RESPONSIBILITIESManage, optimize and oversee the overall billing process across all health club locationsUse CRM systems effectively to manage client information and transaction history while constantly upholding confidentiality and adhere to all state regulations and company policiesOversee credit card processing and ACH transactions to ensure accuracy and securityManage and lead a team of two staff members, ensuring the highest quality of work and accountabilityDevelop and report KPI's for the departmentPartner with other departments to streamline procedures and ensure client satisfaction.Conduct monthly audits to ensure accurate and timely billing.Handle escalated billing issues, ensuring customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.Develop, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary within the Billing department.Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or VP Divisional ControllerQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume transaction billing, preferably in a health or fitness club environmentAt least 2 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach and develop a teamProficiency in using CRM systems and a deep understanding of credit card processing and ACH transactionsExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectivelyStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively relay information across teams.Excellent team leadership and management skills.Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits to local and out-of-state clubs.Ability to work on-site.For more information about Villa Sport, please visit our website at www.villasport.com.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
