Case Management Associate/Investment Analyst

Job description:Integrated Financial Planning Department (IFPD) — Case Manager / Registered Associate Financial RepresentativePosition SummaryThe Case Manager / Investment Analyst provides comprehensive sales support and client service to financial representatives, acting as a liaison between the home office, advisors and clients. This hybrid role combines insurance case management with processing and servicing of variable products and advisory accounts to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations that allow advisors to focus on client relationships and growth—especially during their first two years.Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management & Insurance Support- Process client correspondence and maintain organized client case files and records.- File new statements, account forms and other insurance-related materials; maintain supplies of current insurance materials.- Monitor Daily Status Report (DSR) and Term Pending report; expedite underwriting requirements and communicate updates to advisors and clients.- Communicate with home office, medical providers and clients to obtain or supply information; arrange medical/paramedical exams as needed for underwriting.- Prepare, print and obtain client signatures for all insurance materials throughout the process and prepare policies for delivery.- Review insurance applications, conversions and policy changes for completeness and accuracy.- Process incoming non-securities insurance service requests (address changes, bank updates, loan requests, ISA inquiries).- Generate lead letters and assist with implementation of marketing programs.- Meet with financial representatives weekly to review the current pipeline and opportunities.- Monitor financial representatives’ eligibility for Capital Investment Program and other internal initiatives.Investment Analyst — Investments & Advisory Support- Serve as the primary processor for PX and Envestnet systems: open PX files, input required modules (including asset allocation), enter security values and cost basis, and process proposal amendments.- Obtain necessary information from advisors for PX input, including risk tolerance questionnaires and customization selections.- Prepare and process paperwork for investment/advisory accounts; identify needs for switch letters and mail appropriate forms.- Monitor Envestnet for alerts and upcoming annual reviews; process and monitor funding of advisory accounts and asset transfers to implement selected asset allocations.- Discuss potential rollover opportunities and forward checks and related paperwork to investment operations as required.- Verify completeness of paperwork and relay outstanding requirements to advisors.Performance Expectations & Skills- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong customer service orientation, excellent written and verbal communication, and a collaborative team-player mindset.- Ability to create and maintain systems for managing a high volume of work and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.- Professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to in-office attendance and regular collaboration with advisors.- Desire to grow professionally and take on additional responsibilities as appropriate.Qualifications:· Life, Health, and Annuity licensed or gain licensing within 60 days of employment· Investment Licenses: SIE, Series 6 or Series 7, Series 63 within 6 months of employment· Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred· Associate Agent Contract required· Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Familiarity with Microsoft applications, data entry, and information retrieval software· Demonstrate organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy· Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate· Has interest in learning on a continuous basis· Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment· Ability to work both independently and in a team· Ability to maintain confidentialityBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance$45k-$52k starting salary with bonus opportunitiesLocation:Richmond, VA 23233 (Preferred)Work Location: In person
