We're Hiring: Project Manager – ServiceNow Employee ExperienceWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow Employee Experience (Employee Center/Employee Center Pro) transformation initiatives.What You'll Do:• Lead large-scale, cross-functional Employee Experience (EX) programs• Partner with IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and business stakeholders• Drive Agile project delivery, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment• Support change management, user adoption, and successful go-live executionWhat We're Looking For:✅ 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience✅ Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, Enterprise Self-Service, or Digital Workplace initiatives✅ Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills✅ Excellent communication and executive presentation abilitiesPreferred:• Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience• Workvivo implementation experience• Corporate intranet or employee communications platform experience
