Sales Manager

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, and developing strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen understanding of the market, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals. **Duties:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve their sales goals - Conduct product demos and sales pitches to potential customers - Identify new business opportunities and drive outside sales efforts - Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies - Utilize cold calling and direct sales techniques to generate leads and increase sales volume - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans - Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments as needed - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in a sales management role - Strong understanding of the market and the ability to analyze trends and customer needs - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Experience with retail sales and outside sales - Familiarity with direct sales and cold calling techniques - Experience with sales management software and tools - A strong business development mindset - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications - A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $67,361.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Sales: 3 years (Required) Sales management: 1 year (Required) Management: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Holland, MI 49423 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Holland, MI 49423: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
