Commercial Plumber- Journeyman

Job Description What You'll Do:Safeguard local businesses by preventing costly downtimes and disruptions.Protect customers' homes by offering long lasting plumbing solutionsThoroughly test each job before leaving—ensuring quality and eliminating callbacks.Primary Responsibilities:• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both commercial buildings (offices, retail, restaurants) and residential homes• Read blueprints and plumbing diagrams• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues (leaks, blockages, water pressure)• Perform plumbing inspections and recommend preventive maintenance• Work on new construction, remodels, and service calls• Collaborate with other trades (electricians, HVAC, general contractors)• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and parts inventoryExperience & Skills Required:• Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, residential + commercial• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems (water, waste, vent)• Ability to work independently and in teams• Excellent problem-solving skills• Good communication skills (with customers and supervisors)• Valid driver's license and clean driving recordCertifications / Licenses:• Journeyman or Master Plumber License (if required in your area)• OSHA safety training or willingness to complete• Any additional certifications (e.g., backflow, gas) preferred but not requiredPhysical Requirements:• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly• Comfortable working in tight spaces, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.• Willingness to travel to job sites (commercial and residential)Compensation & Benefits:• Salary: $86,000 + Lucrative Bonus Structure,• Company provided van• Health, dental, vision insurance- at 3 months• Paid time off & holidays• Retirement plan / 401(k)- after 1 year• Training & certification support Company DescriptionBuild Your Plumbing Career with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, we don't just hire plumbers—we partner with professionals who want to build something bigger than themselves.
