This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, advanced analytics, and team leadership.What Will You Do:Lead & develop a best-in-class pricing analytics team, mentoring analysts to deliver insights that translate into real business impactOwn pricing strategy across channels, product mix, and promotional offers ensuring alignment with broader business and growth objectivesSegment customers using advanced analytics to design differentiated pricing strategies that maximize CLTV value while maintaining margin disciplineDesign pricing experiments informed by elasticity analysis to measure price sensitivity and optimize revenue and marginMonitor performance across the full customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention, continuously refining strategy based on resultsAnalyze competitive dynamics and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities and risks across the pricing landscapeCraft compelling, data-backed business cases for pricing changes and partner with operations teams to bring them to lifeLogistics: Lead with strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and roll up your sleeves to drive measurable results.
